I have been childminding professionally for over two years and have had the pleasure of working with children for over eighteen years. I am a firm believer in encouraging interaction between children and making sure that they get to participate in a range of activities that are productive, educational and (just as importantly) lots of fun! As well as all the outdoor activities on the weekly schedule I also make sure plenty of time is spent indoors for books and group reading sessions.
